• Jin

• Jin holds one and half decades solid experience on sourcing from China for a large number of wholesalers and engineering companies in the Middle East and Europe as well as on developing China and South East Asia market for UK manufacturers. Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire with a MBA degree from Lancaster University, Jin has recently set up a China manufacturing plant for a company in the Midland.

• Jimmy

• Jimmy Chih has 15 years experience in operations and general management in the western organisations in China including two start-ups. Currently the General Manager of a US manufacturing company in Shanghai, Jimmy's expertise lies in the start up operations, general management in a multicultural environment, supply chain management and global sourcing. Jimmy holds a MBA degree from CEIBS.

• Yong Zhang

• Dr. Yong Zhang has profound experience in business development and plant management which are gained from industries of both state owned and privately owned enterprises in China. Currently serving a major global accounting firm in Beijing with focus on international business take-over, Dr.Zhang is very well connected with the senior government officials in China.
